falafel + waffle iron = FAWAFFLE.
Inspired by this fawaffle, but made from scratch, with a recipe inspired by the Appetite for Reduction baked falafel. This meant no egg/egg replacement, more spices, a bit of hot sauce, and more water to make the batter mushy rather than crumbly so it could waffleize.
